I was at Silver Strand beach on Coronado in San Diego back in October with my family! My uncle and aunt and i were walking down the beach. I snapped a quick shot and was thrilled with how it turned out! i thought i would paint it because it captures a special moment in time. It was cold that day and my uncle was bundled up more than the rest of us because he is going through Kemo therapy and doesn't handle the cold as well. I am really happy with the results of this painting i tried to stay loose and capture the moment instead of the detail!

What a beautiful and precious moment in time, Scott. My thoughts go out to your uncle and all of his friends and family. I pray that he will come through his treatment healed.
